Mr. Yousuf H Sharaf is a versatile UAE National with 25 years of work experience in diverse sectors, many of which were executive positions.

He served as a Managing Director & Board Member with Sharaf Industries. The different businesses under his management were Hospitality, FMCG, Real Estate, Manufacturing Cement and Project Management. As a Managing Director, he has established a record of innovative strategy creation and execution that produces operational excellence, both in new companies and in those with major financial and operational challenges.

He also played integral roles as a General Manager with EPPCO Retail Stations / Lubricants From 1995 till 2005 and at the Emirates Petroleum Products Company. He managed a diverse mandate during his time with Emirates National Oil Company, Marketing and Sales, Operations, Refinery, Retail, Developments and Expansions.

At the helm of the organization, his responsibility spanned from a hands-on approach using his expertise in the petroleum industry from identifying opportunities, strategic and operational excellence, business performance, joint ventures, and partnerships in addition ensuring the company was a profitable venture. Reporting to the Board of Directors internationally and locally.
